What to Expect on Pickup Day
If you've never used a junk removal service before, not knowing what actually happens on pickup day is one of the biggest reasons people put it off. Here's the whole process, start to finish, so there's nothing to wonder about.
1. You book (by phone, text, or online)
Tell us what you've got, ideally with a photo or a quick description. We'll give you an upfront price range before anything is scheduled, and lock in a pickup window.
2. We confirm the details
Before pickup day, we'll confirm your address, the items, and the time window. If anything about the job has changed since you first reached out (more stuff, less stuff, something added), just let us know so there are no surprises for either of us.
3. Do you need to be home?
Not necessarily. As long as the items are accessible (garage, driveway, curb) and we've confirmed the details ahead of time, we can often handle the pickup without you needing to be there in person.
4. We walk the job and confirm the price
When we arrive, we take a look at everything before we touch anything, and confirm the final price with you based on the actual load. It's the same number range you were quoted, not a surprise total. This is the step a lot of other companies skip, and it's the one that matters most.
5. We load, you point
We do all the lifting and loading, heavy, awkward, buried in the back of the garage, doesn't matter. You just point at what's going.
6. You settle up, and it's done
Once everything's loaded, we settle up before we leave, no chasing an invoice later. Then your space is yours again, and we handle disposal responsibly on our end (see what actually happens to your junk after pickup).
